We are constantly communicating with our bodies in life, and dance is just a more formalized version of that.

All performers are storytellers, and dance is physical storytelling. If you do not believe you are a dancer, then you have not worked with me yet.

I whole heartedly believe that everyone is a dancer and it is my mantra as a dance instructor to help others unlock their inner dancer. We are all built differently, so we all move differently. It is about understanding the way your body physically communicates and expressing yourself to the fullest within that physical vocabulary.
